The short version

Arrived damaged, broken or wrong? We'll send a replacement or a full refund. No cost to you.
Changed your mind? Return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Returns for any other reason

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, since returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Items that can't be returned

Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Worn or used personal comfort items, such as sleep masks and pillows, for hygiene reasons (unless they arrived damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different color or size is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
